Article 2: Scope and Application
These General Conditions of Sale (GTC) apply, without restriction or reservation, to all sales of products (digital or physical) and services (coaching, consultations, readings) made by Claudia Dufrier EI (the "Seller") to both professional and consumer buyers (the "Buyer") via the website www.claudiadufrier.com or any other related sales platforms, including Gamma and direct Stripe payment links.
Article 3: Acceptance of Terms
The Buyer declares to have read and accepted these GTC before placing any order. Validation of the order constitutes express and unreserved acceptance of these terms. These GTC prevail over any other document. The Seller reserves the right to modify these GTC at any time; the version applicable to the purchase is the one online at the date of the order.
Article 4: Products and Services
The products and services offered are those described on the Seller’s website or sales pages. They include, but are not limited to:

Downloadable digital content (audio files, PDF e-books, videos).

Online programs and workshops.

Personalized consultations (Human Design, Numerology) and coaching sessions.

Descriptions are established by Claudia Dufrier. Photographs and visuals are for illustrative purposes only and are not contractually binding.
Article 5: Pricing
Prices are indicated in Euros (€). In accordance with Article 293 B of the General Tax Code (CGI), VAT is not applicable ("TVA non applicable, art. 293 B du CGI"). The Seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but the price invoiced will be the one in effect at the moment the order is validated.
Article 6: Ordering and Payment
To place an order, the Buyer must follow the online checkout process. The contract is concluded upon receipt of payment.

Payment Methods: Secure payment via Credit Card (Stripe) or PayPal.

Confirmation: A confirmation email will be sent automatically following the transaction.

Access: For digital products, access is granted automatically via email or a download link after payment.
Article 7: Right of Withdrawal and Refunds
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code:

Digital Content: For immediate downloads or streaming content, the Buyer expressly agrees to the immediate execution of the contract and expressly waives their 14-day right of withdrawal.

Personalized Services: For services performed on a specific date (readings/coaching), the right of withdrawal does not apply if the service is fully performed. Any session cancelled by the Buyer less than 48 hours before the scheduled time will not be refunded.

Defective Goods: The Seller will replace or refund digital products that are technically damaged or do not match the description.
Article 8: Intellectual Property
All content (audio, PDF, video, text) produced by Claudia Dufrier EI is protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws. Purchase grants a personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license for private use only. Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without express written consent is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action.
Article 9: Personal Data (GDPR Compliance)
The Seller processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French "Informatique et Libertés" law.

Purpose: Data is collected solely for order management, customer relationship, and legal compliance.

Rights: The Buyer has the right to access, rectify, or delete their data by contacting: contact@claudiadufrier.com.

Retention: Data is kept for the duration necessary for commercial and tax purposes.
Article 10: Proof and Archiving
The Seller archives purchase orders and invoices on a reliable and durable medium in accordance with Article 1348 of the French Civil Code. These computerized records will be considered by all parties as proof of communication, orders, and payments.
Article 11: Dispute Resolution and Applicable Law
These GTC are governed by French Law.

Consumer Mediation: In the event of a dispute, the Buyer may contact a consumer mediator for an amicable resolution (e.g., [Insert your chosen French mediator name, e.g., CM2C]).

Jurisdiction: In the absence of an amicable settlement, disputes involving professional buyers will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Evry. For consumers, the standard legal rules of jurisdiction apply.
Article 12: Termination of Access
The Seller reserves the right to terminate access to products or services without notice in the event of a breach of these GTC (e.g., unauthorized sharing of content or non-payment).
